Shipping policy

STANDARD SHIPPING:
You're order will be shipped out within 1-2 business days or less. We recommend opting for a tracking number for all orders. Free stickers with every purchase. Free standard shipping is available on all Canadian and US orders over $200 CAD (BT). All sales are final. 

 

DELIVERY & TRACKING:
Once your oder has shipped, you'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Orders within Canada are always granted a tracking number. US and international orders are not granted a tracking number unless the shipping method selected at checkout includes tracking (Canada Post currently does not offer tracking for US and international orders using their “Small Packet” service). Please contact us at info@grimeymtl.com with any questions.

 

OTHER INFORMATION:
GRIMEY is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if it occurs. Buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country. GRIMEY is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Shipping Costs are aligned with Canada Posts' Delivery Standards.
